1.Arcuate bundle：是ㄧ個弓狀的bundle，反應femoral head受到由S2身體重心往下的bending force。 2.Vertical bundle：從小轉子到head的bundle。身體重量weight bearing在femoral head的compression force。 3.Trochanteric bundle：從小轉子到大轉子的bundle。有肌肉insertion在GT，此bundle反應肌肉收縮產生拉力，對股骨stretch的力量。 4.zone of weakness:the area where the trabeculae do not cross at right angles,是最容易受傷的地方 1號 陳韋伶

1.medial trabecular system: from medial cortex of upper femoral shaft radiating outward to supeior cortex of femoral head parallel to joint reaction force on femoral head during single leg stance 2.lateral trabeculaar system from lateral cortex of upper femoral shaft radiating outward to inferior cortex of the femoral head in response to force created during hip abductor aontraction or to tensile stresses created by gravitaional moments of force on femoral head 3.accessory trabecular system medial accessory lateral accessory 4.zone of weakness the area where the trabeculae do not cross at right angles less reinforcement by trebeculae more potential for injury
