本文介紹的是Tensioner NTT. 張力請勿維持超過15 seconds
SLR: 是Sciatic Tract 的基本手法 (注意: 對側腳不能elavation)
- NTT components: Hip flexion+ knee extension (也可加hip internal rotation 或/且 hip adduction 增強tension)
Tibial Nerve NTT: SLR之延伸 (注意: 對側腳不能elavation)加上足部之動作
- Components: hip flexion+knee extension+ankle dorsiflexion & eversion
Common Peroneal Nerve NTT: SLR之延伸 (注意: 對側腳不能elavation)加上足部之動作
- Components: hip flexion+knee extension+ankle plantarflexion & inversion
Median Nerve NTT: 又稱為上肢的SLR(注意: 不要放枕頭,且頭置中,下肢平放)
- Components: shoulder depression, abduction (90-110 degrees), external rotation+ elbow extension+forearm supination+ wrist extension & ulnar deviation+ thumb & finger extension (注意Lucky 7的手勢)
Radial Nerve NTT: 為上肢強力的手法之一(注意: 不要放枕頭,且頭靠治療師的buttock處以感覺患者之張力,下肢平放)
- Components: shoulder depression, abduction (only 40-60 degrees), internal rotation+ elbow extension+forearm pronation+ wrist flexion & ulnar deviation+ thumb & finger flexion (注意歌仔戲騎白馬的手勢握住患者的手(thumb in hand)
