Intramuscular Abscess (膿瘍)
膿瘍(abscess (Latin: abscessus))通常是指因細菌或寄生蟲等外來物質引起的發炎反應產生膿液聚集在組織空腔內。這是身體本身的defensive reaction以防止感染物質持續擴散至身體其他地方。一般是以抗生素(antibiotics)來治療。而大部份的病人都以切開和引流為主，且改善很多。
本次要介紹的是肌肉內膿瘍(intramuscular abscess)，據文獻記載在肌肉注射(IM)後的發生機會約為0.04~31%. 尤其在免疫功能較差的患者身上更易出現。

1. 所謂的ankle joint (即是talocrural joint)是屬於 hinge joint也是一種synovial joint。Joint是由talus 與 fibula (lateral malleolus) and tibia (medial malleolus)形成的mortise組成. Ankle stability 取決於 bony restraints, medial collateral (deltoid) ligament, anterior and posterior talofibular ligaments, calcaneofibular ligament.

Shoulder Complex的Manual Therapy Concepts: Complex for Cues
Shoulder Complex需要有協調的acromioclavicular (A-C), sternoclavicular (S-C), glenohumeral (GH), scapulothoracic joints, rotator cuff, 和 scapular stabilizer muscles以便產生適當的功能.
其中glenohumeral (GH) joints需要有muscular system的dynamic stabilization以維持其高度的mobility.

尤其時常在未到90度的時候產生疼痛過了該點後又好了甚至可以舉起手到full range
